Went through all my Space Rig assets to remove any non-editor based child actor components to hopefully resolve the problem of clients black screening on multiple mission types, I thought I had gotten them in the past but I neglected some decorations that used them. Potential fix for the new carriable system not replicating to clients so they always see gas cans instead of the proper models and other features for the reworked secondary objectives. Added some more immunities and or high resistances to Biome Praetorians to make them less likely to be deleted by frozen status, slowdowns and such. Added a 3s check for large enemies to change their main capsule collider to AIPawn collision channel instead of Pawn so that they are capable of being hit by larger gems since Pawn is shared with players and results in many issues. Changed the messaging system for chat commands to possibly be a local one instead of it being produced by every player.

Fixed Decontamination softlock where cleansing tools were impossible to acquire due to incorrect use restrictions after I attempted to make them acquirable when the player is not grounded on a surface. The racked and un-racked versions are now acquirable like normal and while not grounded so you can do some sick tricks and jump good without constantly failing to grab them as you climb or dodge.
Removed assignment mission related data from being passed in any way as it likely causes issues, removed a component on radioactive barrels in Dumping Grounds to possibly fix a client related disconnect, reduced the small trash spawned by Dumping Grounds, changed Bulk Infestation Bulk Detonators to vanilla ones to hopefully not have crash issues (might be the exploders), changed an event that fires when leaving the Space Rig to only occur when you are the host to hopefully fix black screening on any mission type as a client if you load into a mission with the host from the same Space Rig.

Added custom player flares that are visually improved, have significantly increased performance, added class colored terrain scanner icons to them so that you can see some areas that other players may have explored and aren't visible on your terrain scanner yet since MCR has crazy map gen. Options for white lighting, toggling of new model and terrain scanner will be coming in the future.
Fixed an issue that prevented Brood Nexus from being replaced with my custom one, fixed my Mini Mules spawning way too much debris, fixed my debug UI listing one less objective item than there actually was so you may have thought there was not enough to finish the mission.

Fixed a bug that caused solo scaling to be waaay higher than intended for map gen enemies. I improved the math system for scaling the upper value for enemy amounts for more players so it will not be as ridiculous. Previously it was adding about 1.5x more enemies per player for the highest possible roll so the average multiplier kept getting much higher especially with more than 4 players. Now the scaling is 0.5x more per player so it should be a much better experience.

Sped up Bosco's gun draw / holster speed. Should be more responsive in combat overall, and respond better when calling back to aid the player.

Made a bunch of performance changes for Decontamination and took the time to replace vanilla enemy encounters as well as lithofoam puddles. - VRG IS NOW A VERIFIED MOD!!! This means that you can now join any un-modded server in VR, and other players will not see your game as modded since the mod is now fully client-side.
- Chat is now displayed on left wrist. The chat shows up when wrist is oriented towards the hand if there are any messages in it. Sending messages via keyboard enter only works in Space Rig for now, and when no other menus are open.
- All active perks can now be used via buttons that show in up hands palm when hand is oriented towards the head. Simply grab on them when the yellow highlight shows up. Note that perks that get activated via the "Use" command do not use this system (and can be activated via Y controller button just like before).
- Hands now get attached to the third-person camera when dead or frozen, allowing to use death active perks. The death active perks only show up in hand when dead.

Fixed and cleaned up a lot of warning and anomaly code; mostly related to timers that were not randomizing for most of them.
Fixed deep dives causing crashes by making a new system to blacklist them and as a result I cleaned up the vanilla and MCR mission checks.

Event 132 (Triangulation started for salvage missions) has 3 new lines to reduce repetition:
132-1: Uplink is ready, make sure you stay very close to it to maintain connection. The equipment up here is still running WinDwarves FE edition so it's very tempermental.
132-2: Uplink is ready, don't wander away from it now or the whole system will shutdown and that'll be fission mailed for good.
132-3: Uplink set up! stay very close to it so we can lock on to your location, if you leave the area it's game over!
