Every other class functions similar enough that perk choice doesn't matter too much.
Resupplier is probably the best overall perk though for everyone

You can make a case for Deep Pockets on the likes of Scout so he can hyperbole himself into a role of mining. Or Sweet Tooth on Scout since he can reach red sugars other cannot.

Max level on Beast Master + Guard/Slasher Grunt will always be nice.

Thorns is good for plague maps like Swarmageddon.
