it's even noted on the wiki to boot
still says u31 update 5 however no patch notes in the newer updates and from personal experience of using it have I noticed it been fixed
mentioned it in bug chat a lot but at this point I just think it is intended to keep it at 20% lol
a good way to test this is by doing haz 5 solo, getting 1 grunt and getting hit 3 times
since the shield would not break if it did do 30% damage resistance on the 3rd hit, however, it does meaning it still does do 20%
since 3 grunt attacks do 26.88 damage with 20% resistance, and with 30% it does 23.52 damage

@cosmic dragon high enemy stun, good damage, overclock for extra ammo, bigger mag, low recoil and a 2s reload. as long as you're not spraying & praying it's heaven on earth. I can usually kill about 5-7 grunts per mag & there's 11.6 mags, usually jumbo shell shotgun to damage bigger enemies or to take out the wardens/menaces
a lot of people try and make it firing speed but unless you click fire it tends to be rather wasteful.
then just, use grappling to stay out of melee range and you're golden

They literally have smaller hitboxes than normal Praetorians. Breach Cutter deals damage when it hits the Oppressor’s weakspot. Everywhere else, no.
Even the mouth, which is what a Praetorian’s “body damage” area, it does not take damage there.

i made the general purpose pickaxe have the same blades from the other 2 sets
because it makes sense in my head somehow
the way i imagined these pickaxes is as a dwarf fiddling with my pickaxe for certain missions
some parts work best for certain tasks, etc
the techno pickaxe is for salvage (hence the gizmo parts and the hazard paint)
the offensive oriented pickaxe is for elim (bunch of blades and a menacing paint)
and the pickaxe in general is versatile but looks old and beaten from long use

It was... profoundly unsatisfying, and definitely not something I needed after being all excited to try out my sticky flame Driller build, only for the game to glitch out between late-join loading after selecting Driller and actually loading in AS... my half-built, nearly worthless smg/turret trap overclock ENGINEER. And then being almost completely useless in comparison between the neutered primary, ammo-limited PGL, turrets that only build with 10 or 5 ammo in them and ammo supply that morphs from full resupply to 15 rounds after building, and non-damaging decoy grenades. Just, all around a downer. Really made me feel unhappy with my time, and then there's this dickhead taking the ONE part of the dozer mission I thought I'd have some worth in, with the electrofield-on-shooting-turrets thing that the overclock does, and he takes THAT away from me too!
And I can't even report it in the #bug-discussion channel because I have no zocking idea how the gork he did it in the first place

Electrifying Reload means that whenever you reload, the enemies you shot get zapped. It has some drawbacks but either forge or search them up on the wiki for specifics
I wanna say it has a dmg drawback and something else but I can’t remember
