Usually it takes me about 40 minutes on a dig if I find all the minerals quickly and mine them all. It took me almost four hours because of all the pipes I had to connect, and THEN I had to progress the pipeline further and further! As cool as the ride was, I'm not doing that again!

The missile silo is ass IMO. Depending one OC the auto cannon can be pretty busted with like carpet bomber, Bertha, Neurotoxin Payload. Pretty much all the OC's are decent for the auto cannon but those three are the ones you see most.

since getting lots of kills while fighting a dreadnaught is kinda hard, unless its hiveguard

Blowthrough is nice for killing large groups, stun is better on swarm control, especially if you use coilgun with mods 2 2 2 2 3 (and preferred hellfire overclock)
Ammo vs damage is arguable, depends what clock and purpose your minigun is
(swarm control one prefers ammo, others are fine with damage)
and RoF is a must have for swarm control one. It's nice on everything else, but accuracy is nothing to be afraid of, especially on some clocks that increase spread (like exhaust vectoring, bullet hell)
Also for dreadnoughts, use Hot bullets (slot 5 mod 3)
they are fire resistant, but it's always extra damage
and you have no swarms there

I use a thorns, born ready and vampire combo, but depends on missoin type
if you dont use coilgun, on minigun swap born ready for anything else
for escort duty can swap thorns for veteran depositor, and call molly into the drilldozer when fighting heartstone
vampire is very good if you dont have any resupply or revives, or teammates or red sugar, but there is at least one grunt
I recommend using quick power attack recharge on pickaxe except dreadnought missions

yeah I ran scout on point extraction too, got a crassus eating my ammo, then the aqua placement is just dumb + can't just toss it since the cliff too high. had to wait for bosco

That said, I also had the one beer buff that cuts terrain by one strike, which makes Hallow a single hit
Made digging them up a breeze since the ground just need one normal strike
And yeah, Crassus can be a real ammo burner if you're not set up for him.
