I found the heads in the Fyreslayer Bezerker kits, the arms and backpacks were found in the Genestealer Neophyte Hybrids set and the bodies were from the Arkanaut Company set! For the Gunner, i did use the Arkanaut head, cause i remember that there was a head similar to it in DRG!

I think what you're making is a tabletop roleplaying game, not a board game

Board games typically don't have sheets filled by pen/pencil. When board games need to keep track of numbers, it's usually with tokens (or, rarely, dials - but those are complicated to manufacture compared to printing a bunch of plastic cubes).

When I look at this sheet I'm seeing that I'll need to track at least 14 values, which is okay for a roleplaying game, but will bog down a board game in boring bookkeeping.

Okay, I see that some elaboration would be pertinent.

"What is your game about?" is the theme. It's the game condensed into one sentence. "X is a game is about flashy ninja duels". "Y is a game about how responsibility changes people". "Z is a game about criminal heists where everything goes spectacularly wrong".

"How is your game about that?" is the game mechanics, the crunchy bits. If someone claims their game is about court intrigue, but the character sheet only has skills like Climb, Shoot, Pick Lock, and doesn't have skills like Blackmail, Flatter, Gain Favor, etc., the game's going to lose cohesion because it doesn't provide the players with the tools to play into the theme. The character sheet is the player's window into the fiction of the game. If something's not on it, mechanics can't engage with it in the fiction.

"How are the players rewarded for doing the thing that the game is about?" is the primary gameplay loop (and possibly the secondary, tertiary, etc.). This is the thing that guides player behavior. Players are naturally inclined to pursue extrinsic rewards - the carrot that the game dangles in front of them - and the process of pursuing that reward is what creates the gameplay. Put the reward on the wrong mechanic (e.g. killing lootbugs is more optimal than mining nitra), and your gameplay experience shifts entirely (e.g. it doesn't make sense to mine when you can just kill lootbugs).

I'm not going to tell you how to design your game, since that's your project. But I personally would analyze the idea further than "it's just like DRG". Perhaps it's a good idea to look at DRG the video game through the same lens, and then apply those answers to the tabletop game.
