XD I'm mainly just trying to slowly get better at pixel animations, the shorter it is the better the quality and the Steve one was the longest one and lacked any smoothness sadly ;-;

Once you feel like you're comfortable with linework and shading, you might want to look into speed of movement in animation.
The simplest example is animating a bouncing ball. It doesn't move 10% of the way every frame for 10 frames, it accelerates and decelerates with each bounce. If you apply it to this animation, realistically the hand moves faster as it enters, then slows down (probably even moves back a tiny smidge). Similarly, the fingers start moving faster, then quickly slow down as they ball into a fist.
How to accomplish this - by drawing motion at constant speed, then changing how long each frame stays on the screen, or keeping the frame rate constant and changing the distances traveled - is up to you to experiment.
This is a cool pixel animation that you clearly put a lot of effort into, and that's what matters.

This is a DRG weapon concept I was working on. The insulating directed iterative oscillating terminal (IDIOT) system current extrusion gun. This would be a scout primary replacement which fires a concentrated arc. This arc is protected by an insulating torus field from curving back and striking the user. (sound warning)

@willow narwhal apologies but this is incorrect. A coilgun uses a set of sequential solenoids to propel a projectile which interacts with a magnetic field whereas this creates an arc which reaches out parallel to where the gun is facing

I converted the four dwarves from Deep Rock Galactic into monsters! They're designed to be played by actual players, and I broke a few rules while making them! But that's allowed I think. They're a little clunky, and they use some mechanics that don't exist in d&d, but I'm proud of them still.

This is an environment concept I was working on for DRG, the terrian would follow not be no nonlinear as usual but instead be a long tunnel carved out by a colossal worm creature. In this cave would be exotic new minerals which have undergone chemical changes such as a carbon enriched gold, pools of acidic fluids left over by the worm and glowing exposed thermal crystals.

I mean, webs themselves aren't naturally flammable. BUt, they shrivvel in intense heat and its more the dust and other materials that stick to it that make them flammable.
So flamer wouldent have a great time if theres nothing naturally flammable clinging to the webs over time.

But the concept of an environment with fall reduction and sticky surfaces exists in the snow biome. webs might offer potential wall climbing bonuses.
as for it's ability to camouflage enemies in to shot from afar and bog down dwarves. It strikes me without further refinements I can think of it may very well not work as a full biome.
but I believe it would be perfect thing to appear as a rare spawn in other biomes. Like a danger room of sorts that people will look at and go "If we get swarmed here we're in trouble".
So The webbing fits in for a great risk reward hazard room.

OTTOMAN has some really nice Concept Art though. If I still had the right programs/training I'd love to pursue something like that as a job.
Perspective was always the issue for me. Flat side views are managable - but when colour, light or perspective get involved it's tough.
It's probably something that can be solved with enough practice. Unfortunately, I've been told that you need to be able to code/model to have a job like that.

Code isnt necessary, 3D modeling on the other hand, but it's learnable, as drawing it need practicing a lot
The harder part is for texturing/rendering, it's long and painfull even with experience
That kind of rendering is reachable with photorealistic drawing and a lot of photoshop if you want an alternativ way
