But tho also ofc I think one of the biggest motivations are beer and money karrlllll

I've thought that a melee class such as that would be fantastic. Just give it a mechanic where every swing consumes fuel/energy fuel/weapon durability that must be recharged at the resupply pod (so that the mechanical importance of budgeting hits still stands). The niche would be nice for point blank trash clearing with one weapon (like two axes) and maybe point blank dealing with bigger stuff with its sidegrade secondary (like a big sword/axe)
But in any case, love the artwork

Seems like the mohawk guy was searching for a loot bug during halloween and couldn't find one inside of a pumpkin, but the engi did and hid it from him so he could give it to him during christmas. Unfortunately it looks like the mohawk guy had it's a bug thing equipped and the loot bug exploded so now he's traumatized.

When you break a pumpkin or a gift box on the halloween/xmas events, there's a small chance that it will open up to a lootbug instead of swarmers.
Mohawk guy keeps opening pumpkins and getting attacked by swarmers going Eeeeeeeee!

Sandblasted Corridors were never a nice place to begin with, now the Deeptora have slowly been building new and improved Hives to spread out like the plague, they are an even bigger threat than ever before so keep your eyes up miners.
Ok so, i think the Naedocyte Breeders look a bit out of place, so here is a Sandblasted version of it. These massive hives can be found in the ceiling and you guys need to keep and eye and ear out since these bad boys make no sound, follow the sweet trail of green honey or look up to find them. Along with the hive comes a new enemy, these little buggers are the same as the Naedocytes but with a big difference, if one of them stings you, more will come running and chase the target that was stung for a short time, better look for that Hive boys or things will get ugly~
Also you ever wonder why bones are picked clean? You have these buggers to thank, they are pretty much the Scavengers of this Biome. They take every bit of meat to feed their young within that hive~

I didn't want a functional one, mostly because you need a food approved filament and finish it with a special resin, so it's pretty expensive.
That's the main reason it's not a proper size
And while I'm at it, DO NOT PRINT AND DRINK FROM A MUG, it's health hazard.
I hope anyone who considers it will read this warning.

problem is that you can't sanitized a 3d printed that wasn't prepared for that. It will not support going in the dishwasher, and since it's made of a lot of crevasses, bacteria will go absolutely crazy in it.
Also micro plastic will go everywhere.
The link I previously sent explain it better than me, and gives the step by step to make one mug where a true dwarf would drink from it. But I don't want to bother.
And the it doesn't cover painting the model too, so if you want a colored one, either you need a multi material printer, or find a food safe solution. Again, don't have the time nor the money for that project
So it's just a cool prop for my shelves.

the good news is, for a pickaxe you will only need some foam, a cutter with a sharp blade, some contact cement, a pvc tube for the handle, and a way to seal the foam
