How did you do the model?
Is it possible to use the character models from the game or did you have to make it yourself from scratch?

i used the character from the game directly
Just put Umodel in the same directory as the file "FSD-WindowsNoEditor"
browse via umodel and export the basic skeleton, weapons/accessories, beards, hats, eyebrows, mustaches, armors and ask Umodel to find all the animations linked to the skeleton
then you need either blender or 3ds max and a script to open .psk .pskx (the 3d files for a game under unreal engine)
i used 3ds max, opened the skeleton, imported everything i wanted, loaded the animations and browsed them until i found the right pose
then i exported as a .obj, opened it with meshmixers, removes the backpack and everything that would be easier to print aside. Cut the model in half and set everything to print
It's not really hard, you just need to fiddle a bit with everything and accept to start over when you failed

you dont even need to know how to use 3ds max, it's just going to the "script" tab, clicking on import, clicking on everything you want, and then importing the animation file and clicking on "play" and "pause"

but i spent quite a few hours on cleaning and prepping the 3d files for printing
@signal lantern i used Umodel to extract the files from the game, then a few softwares to clean them and cut them into pieces before printing.

@faint surge Thank you kindly! Also, I did have that concern while coming up with the character. I had hoped the more passive/permanent building system would distinguish from the engieโs more aggressive turret. More of creating permanent defensible areas that are static versus the relatively Mobil turret. I hoped the fertilizer would also make this a bigger difference since engineerโs ammo limits how long he use his turret, but fertilizer limits how many structures you can build, making tactical placement more vital. I appreciate the feedback, though. 
If anyone has suggestions on how to better balance the character, I would love to hear them.

I'm back! Remember me? It's been over a month since my last update. I took a long vacation to visit family and then started a few other projects but today. I finally sat down and had a few minutes to start putting down a little color
I see @vestal beacon has started a similar project. Your prints look nice. I can't wait to get a better printer in a month or two. Mine take so much extra work to look that good. I may want to share files with you sometime. Or at least maybe have a chat about how you get your files. I have figured out how to pull the statues, which is fine for now, but in the future I have plans to do a similar project, and am going to have to learn how to pose something outside the default T-pose

This area has the strangest anomaly yet, where everything was downgraded to two dimensions.
You're also playing as the new and only available class: Jumper, he can easily dispatch creatures by jumping on them but at the same time they don't have much health and must rely on dodging and collecting red sugar (question blocks).
Glyphids appear to be mole creatures and literal walking bombs? Meanwhile spitters were transformed into ceiling plants? Yeah the research team is definitely gonna be tempted to throw in the towel with this one.
Regardless you must collect 200 Morkite (Gold Coins).
