You're probably in this one, which is why you don't see the folders:

Or you accidently clicked into one of the DLC folders, if you have any of the DLC. But if you're in the correct folder you will see the folders for the save file. If not, the game wouldn't be able to load your save

If you uninstalled the game it may (probably will, based on my experience) remove the files, but I don't think it will remove the files just because you cancelled Game Pass. It could, but I wouldn't expect that to happen

There is Xbox cloud saves for DRG, yes. However, retrieving them may or may not be working right now. It's been confirmed that the saves will still be in the cloud, but they might not be accessible until we get Update 35

The supporter pack is not showing up for a bunch of folks at at the moment (myself included). I'm not sure why exactly, but cloud saves are being saved but are currently unavailable as well (the issues could potentially be related, something to do with Xbox network stuff), and I anticipate both issues will be fixed when we get Update 35 in a few days

Hello. Recently I installed DRG from microsoft store and after launching it just after studios logos, not long during loading, everything vanish and it is just black screen, that is why I ask, what could be the problem?

I'm playing from the pc microsoft store ( previously played on xbox) and the game runs fine but my dlc cosmetics dont show up on the microsoft store version. Ive made sure theyre installed and even reinstalled them. I still even have some of the cosmetics equipped on various characters but i cant look at them in my inventory or put them on. Yeah, it does pop up to ask if you'll allow DRG to link to your Xbox account. Every Microsoft Store game does that the first time.

Just tested real quick, if you open the Xbox App, you can log out from the "Profile & settings" menu in the top right. Then you can launch the game and it'll ask you to sign in after the logo animations

The title screen with "Press Any Key To Continue" is a requirement to allow the game to verify you're logged in. At least that's my understanding. The fact you're not getting to that screen is why I'm thinking there's something on the networking side of things

You need to check "File Explorer Options." On the "View" tab you need to look for the setting "Hide extensions for known file types" and make sure you deselect it. Then you can rename files and extensions easily and consistently

Cloud saves are bugged at the moment. They're there, but they might not be retrievable until the update. So yes, do not click the Reset Progress button unless you really want to reset your progress

I suspect it's there in case your save gets corrupted or in some way bugged, and it could get you back to a working state and then maybe recover saves. As a last resort...

Or perhaps just if you want to start over. I wouldn't be shocked if someone did. I never felt a need to, but someone might. I did start fresh when joining a friend on Steam who was brand new. It made it more fun to struggle through, but only because I knew my progress was all still there on the Microsoft version

I had gotten most of the stuff by then, so if I didn't start over I'd only be getting some XP. It was nice getting rewards again, and every mineral mined was precious again

Gotcha. No worries. There was someone last night who was experiencing something that sounds similar to what you were experiencing. They needed to update Gaming Services to fix the issue (and then they were encountering a whole different issue with updating Gaming Services, but that's another story...), and it seemed possible that you might need to as well. Maybe something to keep in mind if you run into trouble with Microsoft Store titles in the future

There is a Restore Save feature in the Options menu which will give you a list of available Xbox cloud saves to choose to load. However, retrieving cloud saves might be bugged at the moment. If you do not get a list of save files to choose from and/or get the message "Failed to retrieve save files," it should be fixed in a few days when Update 35 comes out

You can try to unplug the internet, restore save, get the error, plug the internet back in and try again. The error is that it has to fail once to succeed.

Because right now it displays the fail when it succeeds, so it has to fail once to flip that condition and THEN succeed.

Trying to join a game or host a game with my steam friends always leads to the message: multiplayer session ended. And it worked just fine before.

I have reinstalled the game and verified the game files.

It usually takes about 4 - 6 hours from the time an update is submitted to the time we can download it (if everything goes as intended)

All of a sudden it is going into “game mode” whenever I play even though I’ve reset it multiple times

And no other game is doing this

The alternative would be they hold the release back until some arbitrary time even though its ready, just so they can give out a specific time in advance. Even if they stagger it to be something like midnight in each region, that would mean they're just holding it back for no real reason. The way they've been doing it, it's available literally as soon as possible for everyone everywhere. Unfortunately, that can never be ideal times for everyone everywhere, but it will be available to everyone with no arbitrary delays

That’s what i did and it does turn it off. my controller for some reason if it vibrates too much it gets stuck vibrating

I don't have to worry about vibration options in games because in my xbox settings (don't remember where) you can actually make it so vibration is off in every single game no matter what. I'd recommend doing that if you don't like vibration at all like me.

The dang Microsoft Store app does not want to show the DLC. In fact, no DLC for Deep Rock comes up when you do a search. If I search "megacorp" in all departments with no filters, it returns only two results: the Ultimate Edition and the Deluxe Edition. It doesn't even surface the MegaCorp DLC pack from that search; it's only shown on the store page for DRG itself (which is still missing the new Rival Tech DLC). It looks like the Rival Tech DLC is available from the website though. It's a bit silly that Microsoft makes it so difficult to give them money
