Then you just tribute their monsters without their consent then make that 3000 atk monster cant destroy your trap and burn you lifepoints 1000 per turn. Thing is you can't negate this because this not an effect, its an cost, its "your" action on opponents board so it bypasses so many rules, and you can tribute almost everything, uneffected cards too because it is not an effect, it is an cost xD
