Howdy folks, the bug is back where I can't connect to any multiplayer, and the server list doesn't load any games either. I've tried connecting to a friend and got a quick error saying we weren't on the same version, despite confirming that we were. The last time this bug happened to me was back in August where I couldn't play multiplayer for a few months. Anyone else had this and have a possible solution? Thanks

rtx 4060 nvidia, i recently updated my drivers if that's what you think

you definitely should be able to be using dx12 with a 4060 though, dx11 is for older GPU
something you might be afoot with the drivers, or it's the game trying to use your iGPU (if you have one)

dx12 doesn't start up either, only dx11, safe mode doesn't work too

safe mode is only for mods, in case those cause issues.

Try those in that order : make sure the game is using the right GPU/do a clean driver install using DDU or install the previous driver version/try to turn off 'core auto boost' or whatever is the equivalent of this in your BIOS

If you got stuff like armoury crate (a software), you might wanna turn those off too

it's possible it might just be the windows update fucking some things up

Hello miners, today i had 3 straight games where i’m unable to use iron will when down and upon revivavl, can’t see my own and enemies health bar, screen staying red after mining a whole vein of red sugar and no crosshair. I have found a small bug related to skins, when using the danger dice framework i cannot equip the stock paintjob, i can equip other skins fine and i can equip danger dice with the stock paintjob. Hmm. Host just crashed when the core retrieval pod dropped down after we did a core stone at the end of an escort. I had just picked up dotty's head at the time. Wonder if there's a corner case GSG didn't catch with the last fix for that retrieval pod crash + holding non-corestone things. I wasn’t super close to the retrieval pod though.

and I usually stand on the drill bot while defending so this trap thing spawn in the robot since it spawns on the ground and then blows up causing a lot of damage and this is only avoidable if you dont stand on the robot

Hi! I noticed an audio bug with the scout's assault rifle in DRG. I normally shoot in short burst and i notice when i stopped shooting the auido of the weapon shooting is still playing.

just a PSA to all of you lovely people, brighter objects is kinda broken right now, for a lot of people it prevents you from using iron will, and if you do get revived, you are stuck with the downed HUD, so no ammo count or health bar.

hud problem can be resolved by pulling out the terrain scanner for a moment, but the only fix ive got for not being able to iron will is to disable brighter objects, or if you use mint, downpatch to the previous version of the mod

I don’t use any mods and for spec I don’t know mutch. It’s a imac so IOS from 2013 or 2015 with 16 ram And I use parallel descktop to emulate windows . It has 8 ram atributed to it. I play it at minimum low graphics and it was running except time with weird stuff like big lag moments it was working fine on the game

My friends and I were playing DRG until one day we had connection problems. Namely: high packet loss(80-90%), high ping. We checked and found out that this is happening between me (Zaan) and (vladpros), because when we connected to the third friend everything was fine. Only when I or vladpros connect to each other there are problems. At the same time if I or vladpros host, the third friend can safely play, as he does not have these problems. On the first screenshot you can see what vladpros or I see when trying to connect to the other. This state lasts for about 20-30 seconds, when the player has a standard skin (second screenshot). When trying to connect to each other during the loading of the mission is what you see on the third screenshot. In this state it is impossible to move, but at the same time I can see notifications and messages in chat. You can see the results of this mission on the fourth screenshot(the host canceled the mission because of me).

Ideally your ISPs should fix this, they think there is a preferred viable connection between you two which apparently is broken but keeps being used instead of taking another route that actually works. You can have another player host your games, or use a VPN meanwhile. You can also attempt to reset your own networks, but worst case you just have to wait it out

Hello. I got some nasty bug due to steam overlay.
When I use steam chat through steam overlay, my mouse sensitivity going almost to zero (cursor still moves fine in settings menu).
I never have had something like this before. Started to happen two days ago, when I pressed “C” button to invite someone through ESC menu for first time in my life.
The only fix is relaunch of the game. Sadly, I had to disable steam overlay for this game, otherwise it's impossible relaunching the game and reconnecting almost every mission.
Last time when I got this bug, I didn’t relaunch the game, because I was on final stage of the mission and I wanted to finish it. Eventually the game has been crashed, after crash it asked to send a report which I did.

There will be times where I click in game or the menu and nothing happpens. From prompting Bosco to mine or light something, to using the pickaxe, to even checking things in the menu. It's cases where the mouse will appear instead of the cursor when it comes to the menu. This means I can't select Controls or Audio unless I use Q and E.
This is on Windowed Fullscreen (no locked mouse, haven't tried it for other settings like Windowed).
UPDATE: So far, the only instance where this doesn't happen is in Windowed.
UPDATE 2: Also happened in Windowed, and I had the DRG window selected and everything.

Found a Glitch with Bosco in escort mission. Bosco can clip into the ommoran shell after it has been mined. And if you call him, while he's inside the shell, holding the hearthstone, he just drops it inside and you can't get it back.

I hollowed out the bottom and had to abort mission.

Is it just my mods acting up or are elite enemies completely bugged? I have a healthbar mod installed and every elite has less health than their normal versions. It's not a visual glitch either because I counted how many shots it took to kill them. Elite praetorians, for one, needed less bullets to kill than normal praetorians (though others took slightly more because of different damage resistances). Tested in sandbox utilities haz 5 solo.

Me and my friend did a weekly core hunt a while back and didn't get a blank matrix core like we were supposed to, and then when I promoted on my own I got a blank core from the promotion. Today I decided to solo a weekly and didn't get a blank matrix core at the end of the mission either, I then did the deepdive and get 2 cores and a blank core without any issues. I encountered something similar with season 5. It may just be bad RNG as Pounce says, but now I’m curious - if you actually complete one of the point challenges given to you (instead of manual reroll / refresh), will the next challenge be one that awards scrip?

I was stuck in the same loop on S05, and after finally just completing one of the point challenges, the next roll (and all subsequent ones) included one active double-warning-for-scrip challenge until I was done with the season unlocks.

I didn’t think much of it (I also thought it was just weird RNG) but this is an opportunity to test again and see if there’s some weird underlying behavior.

Go ahead and actually complete a Performance Point challenge (can just run some haz1 missions back to back to meet the criteria quickly) and see if that changes anything in what you get for the next challenge. Of course you may have to wait for the next challenge timer to find out.

I don't know if this is a bug, but there is something really strange about this. I have over 700+ hours in and I have yet to find a SINGLE random framework for the flamethrower. ZERO.

Let me be clear, I'm talking about the ones that can ONLY be found randomly:
Scale Brigade
Neon,
mechanized,
4th relic,
custom engineered,
danger dice,
Glyphid Trophy,

All others I have and can get obviously. DLC, just buy it. Seasonal ones? Grind and get it. The ones I listed can only be found in crates and I have at least 2 or more of all of them in every single weapon, every class, even the driller's other weapons, I have at least ONE or two of random frameworks.

ZERO on the flame thrower. And this "oh you have to have patience, it's random" I'm not buyin it. Something is off that not a single weapon framework for the Flamethrower I have found in any crate, cosmetic overclock, zero for the flame thrower. Is my game glitched??

Maybe they got rid of all random frameworks for the flamethrower? Has anyone found a random framework for the torch recently?

the odds of getting a framework specifically for the flamethrower are 1 to 24 (4 classes with 6 weapons), there are 7 framework you can find in cargo crates. So that's 7 out of 168. And now, you add all the other things you can find in cargo crate, and you finish with the carg crate spawn rate.

Which ends up with quite a low number. So no, I don't think it's bugged, I just think you're unlucky.

SOLVED: it was an ISP issue. Something from my ISP is blocking DRG from having full access. So to check this, I disconnected my Ethernet and I connected to my cell phone mobile hot spot and cell towers. It was able to connect and update the game as it should without a problem

Armskore Coil Gun's Damage seems off. It's always lower than intended. Base Damage is 130 and I only hit for 108 on Flesh and 1x Weakpoints. Wiki says Damage is split into 80% Kinetic and 20% Fire. I can confirm that, but it never actually does the damage stated in the tooltip. If you take the damage increase mod in T1, you get around 37 more damage instead of 40 as well. Is this a known bug, a feature or am I missing something here?

for example, grunts always have 90hp. When people talk about them having 108hp in haz 4 or 5, it's actually ehp (effective health point) but everybody use HP for convenience sake.

The twins as a whole are considered one dreadnought for that achievement. So you would have to kill the second twin and then a different dread within 30 seconds. Time between killing the first and second twin doesn't matter.

Happy bug actually, I was in the middle of an unlucky double wave of grunt after poping 2 eggs, my greenbeard team mate left me to deal with it as I tryed to save him in a pit with a Karlock Tyrant Weed, but as I throwed my tactical Leadburster I made few stalactite fall on the Tyrant Weed Killing for some reason the middle part of it's health, As I finished the Weed only one part of the Health was actually remaining, the fist being a visual bug.

I have also had this problem, but it’s very intermittent and I haven’t been able to rule out a failing mouse button so I haven’t filed a bug. When mouse buttons begin to fail they can exhibit flaky behavior with missed clicks or releasing held down button. I think to confirm it’s a DRG bug, you’d need an overlay that shows mouse activity while playing, and get a video of it happening.

i found a bug that can ruin all mission. we found location that was ssoooo big that it destroyed a way to next location and there was no way to it (i wasted almost 2 hours trying to compleate a mission that kinda takes 30 to do)

like there was a tunel way to all location and in last location there was no, just some hole in wall a 90 turn and old location. i found next location after scaning all walls with map(i saw a piece of next location)

i told a buddy of mine to install "A Better Mod Menu" and it bricked his game even in Safe Mode
we have tried nearly everything
verfiying, uninstalling and reinstalling, unsubscribing from every mod, DX11, DX12, Safe Mode, deleting steam folders, deleting mod.io, updating the drivers, hard drive scan for bad sectors, moving the game to another drive, deleting everything in 2475, checking the size of FSD-WindowsNoEditor.pak

1. Reinstalling drivers is something that should not brick a computer. 2. A windows based computer should still boot without graphics drivers installed, it just won’t be able to perform 3D tasks well or at all.

Connecting your display cable to your motherboard display output rather than your gpu and booting in safe mode should get you into your OS assuming you have integrated graphics.

when we were at the heartstone, the drilldozer kept losing large amounts of health, enough to destroy whole sections in a couple seconds, faster than any of us could react to

It's pretty obvious when the heartstone is trying to trap you. So just don't stand ontop of the dozer when you see it is targeting you. (Good luck explaining that to your teammates if you play with randoms though )

there is an incorrect value set in BP_Compressed_Gold, the Gem (Resource Type) is meant to be RES_EMBED_Compressed_Gold, but it's set to RES_VEIN_Gold - this doesnt effect anyone, i guess, but it is breaking a mod im working on because i cant read the value of the compressed gold chunk without hardcoding around it. :/
