hi, any tips on how I could go about making hair similar to that?
I tried once and wasted a bunch of fabric cuz it didn't seem to fit on the head

the spiky top part, i'm not sure if i should sew one side to the head first and then the other side to that one or if i should sew it completely first and then sew it to the head as one

Oh my go-to would be between the two parts of the head

you could cheat a little by making it like you would make bangs then folding it backwards and making it stick with fabric glue, in order to allow the fake bangs to stand over the top of the head by themselves
