One of the changes I have noticed is when you give someone permission to access a cart, and pick it up and put it back down. It no longer removes permissions so you don't have to keep adding people. It is a nice quality of life update. Good soup 🍲

I have to boat to FarmVille just to get seeds, I have to grow my own stuff, fish my own fish, hunt my own meat because people just aren’t selling or I can’t afford it. The amount of calories I spend just to make the food is the reason for the cost. Anything above $3 is because I struggle to get what I need for the higher priced stuff. I discussed plans with hooded lastnight that will hopefully make things better and I plan to put my new star into hunting for meat.

My pricing system is based off resources used+crafting time for the most part. While older items like the mortared stuff is cheap since people don't need it now, the vases are kinda expensive due to the time it takes to craft the glass for them and to craft them, as well as the cost of the glass used to make them

it has the option of considering all currencies outside of credit using the exchange rates as a multiplier on each form of currency otherwise

using credit as an example, satwo credit was calculated as a conversion rate of .83 per russ credit. that would act on behalf if it was set to all currencies

because, you know, money laundering

which if i was an evil man, i would consider my wealth and exchange it for leo coin to hide my wealth from the government and tax evade

Part of the reason more of the random items aren't up is because I can't make more than 1 of any of them and the investment into it is too large for the post-currency economy

Unfortunately, I think Russ is correct. It comes down to people who want to do a small group playing. It seems like everyone wants that exclusively anyway

I like the concept of countries, but it really doesn’t work in practice the way the current statistics system shows

If it showed what each country was capable of, it might work better

Also doesn’t help that a transport system like harbors is counterproductive to the limitations of countries and towns

Springy can’t own 2 docks unless a city has one to offer up

Which is pretty shortsighted, and knowing that I would have worked with springy to own a harbor to make trade better

the main problem for that right now is way too many goods are being bought and sold for the exact same price so theres no profit to be made on my end
