#How to rig wagging speed when happy?

I've looked for some tutorials online for how to rig the fast wag when smiling and a slower wag when not thing like how Camilas model's pigtails are, but I haven't been able to find any that properly explain how to get from point A to point B without skipping over some important info :<
(It's definitely possible I could be not be comprehending the tutorials properly aswell but I can't figure it out regardless I fear )

If anyone has helpful videos, tips, or straight up knows how to do it I'd really appreciate the help! TYSM 🙏

You need a pass through physics parameter in addition to the regular physics parameters

The reason for this is so you can change the speeds without having weird issues happen
