You can make a rotation deformer as the parent and place the deformer such that it is symmetrical with your face, then do the reflect motion (and then delete the rotation deformer) and reparent how you initially had things set up)

Or you can make the rotation deformer as parent and move the rotation deformer to the correct spot, then delete the rotation deformer only

Why this happens:
Live2d will try and reflect in relation to one of many parent deformers, but if you make a rotation deformer to be the new parent, that's what Live2d bases things off of now
