There are many possibilities: 1. Look over Live2D Art FAQ for PSD specification that Live2D accepts. 2. Your PSD file is too big for your system to handle. Live2D will not warn you or show you any messages if it is out of RAM when loading your PSD, but you can check the Log panel for any out of memory messages. If you suspect this is the case, you should downscale your PSD. 3. Some layer names are preventing Live2D to load the PSD properly. Make sure that your layer name doesn’t contain any special characters. In some cases we found, some PSD has a weird layer called “ ” that may break Live2D Import process. Deleting this layer should fix the issue.
