I'm having issues with Live2d being unable to connect to my internet. how can I fix this? I can't get into the app.

Check your firewall isn't blocking internet access. If not that, contact support by doing what they said under the copy error message button

If you can't connect through the normal means on your PC, you can always hot spot from a dongle or phone into your PC. It helped me with license issues due to not being able to connect to the internet normally (also if you have older versions of Live2D and were disconnected from the internet, try opening the oldest version with internet connected for the license validation, then close that and open the newer Live2D program)
