Hello everyone,

I need some help. (Sorry, my English is not very good)
If someone wants to commission a 2D avatar, but I don't know who will do the rigging, how can I make him understand that this layer must have the multiply/additive effect, and this layer must be clipped on this, this and that layer, this layer is a mask for this layer...
I have to write very long layer name ? Or another way ?

Thanks ! YemeLove

You can just make one layer full of notes of what should clip to what. For the blend mode, you can suffix the layer name with _MULT50 to indicate multiply layer with 50% opacity

I'm both artist and rigger and something I did for myself because I'm forgetful is I write myself a document of stuff I need to clip. This way, I can just copy paste the ID from the doc to the layer needing a clipping. You need to ensure the layer name perfectly translates to layer ID in Live2D tho.

as a rigger, i would love if folders were not named the same as layers as that can take ID's too, but the most important is what dax said, tell about the layers blendmodes and opacity is a big help to make sure the result is gonna be the best
