#my model’s right eye dont… react?

besides the mouth, that opens when i close and close when i open and the arm that is floating, this eye just dont move, i tried to change the physics a few times but nothing changed, also, the quality of the model is really bad 🥹

To fix the mouth that opens and closes reverse of what you are doing, you can use the adjust tool

first, mouth does that because you put it in the parameter backwards, easy fix, on live2d go to the mouth open param, slick on the value to the right of it, click select (this selects everything that is influenced by that param) then again click the number but now select reflect . should fix the mouth.
you already know the arm I'm assuming and the eye doesn't work because the eye is either rigged on the wrong param or because in vtube studio that eye was not set up. so either put it in the correct parameter or in vtube studio go to your parameter settings and make one where the input is right eye open and output is whatever you named the right eye's open param in vtube studio.

Also dont be down on yourself about the quality of the model. everyone starts someplace.

The reason is not working is because you didnt used the default parameters [they are automaticaly read for tracking]

see how your ID has a 2 at the end? that means is not the default parameter

if you delete the 2 and make it match original information, it should work [you would have to activate blinking again so it does it on physics

then it means somewhere the parameter is there
