you shouldnt have everything in just one warp deformer
you should separate them into:
eye R (can include eyebrow R)
eye L (can include eyebrow L)
mouth
face
at least
@cosmic wharf the amount of movement depends on the artmesh and deformer hierarchy, from these screenshots it looks like your face has way less vertices than the facial features which causes less movement

it's fine to use one deformer for general movement but you likely will need extra deformers for specific features to finetune it
that makes a bit of sense, can i up the vertices in the inspector tab?
yea it’s just for head movement, the tutorial said it’s the lazy way
