How do I make it so my parameters window says the full name of the parameter?

I've tried resizing the window but the names of the parameters would not extend out fully the names would show up like in the ss even though the window would be stretched really wide

There's a small space between the slide thingy and the names of the parameters, and if you hover the mouse there you will be able to move the names over more
