#Reflect deformer is a mess - my first model super noobie

it could be an effect of the deformer going outside of parent
can you take a video of how you make the reflect?
sure ^^ i hope this is helpful i used reflect sucsessful before i feel like i messed with deform too much and it might be messing up the mesh? thanks so much!!
can you tell me the rectangle that i can see in both videos that is around eyes-nose level
what is that deformer? and why is parent of all the others?
Thats the deformer i learned a bit on a youtube video on organizing different parts do i need to delete it?
well the problem is i dont know what kind of video you saw LOL
but the isue is that when a deformer that is inside another, goes outside of it... funny things happends.... some of your issues can be because of that
now about the face breaking when reflecting, there is something in your deformers, im not sure what, maybe they are not symetrical? as the reflection is not been symetrical
something i can suggest you is to create a rotator deformer on the neck, on the middle, with all the head pieces inside
and when you select reflect motion, go to the bottom and selec use guide and select the rotator deformer
i moved the deformer with the eyes but it didnt stay when the head was rotated so i made parameters on the eys...not sure if that was a good idea. The head angle z worked somewhat! i can fix a bit of it but im not sure why the eyes are squished. funny thing is the face is symetrical im not sure what went wrong.
i feel like i squished one of my eyes from reflecting the left eye
mmm im not sure why or what you moved whit the deformed you said.
also angle Z should be on a rotator deformer alone, so that should have nothing to do with anything inside on the ones you are rigging right now that are angle X and Y
the eye deformer in parent is what i moved so it is over the eyes x.x. Angle z is its own rotator ^^ i just made it i didnt have one before the guide did work somewhat i feel like i might need to restart somwhere, thankfully im only at the beginning.
ahh i see, yeah i would suggest always make sure that deformers does not goes outside their parents
OMG! its working!! thank you so much the guide reflect on the z angle worked so well i messed around with the deformers as well because they where not on the right spot. i appreciate your help so much!
I am glad it worked!, i use that option when things like this happends so im happy it did for you too
such a lovely trick ;_; i was turning in circles for 4hrs trying to fix her thank you once again!!
