Hello, I'm learning about rigging in Live2D and I made myself a model as simple as It could be to learn. I'm following Merely wufeii's tutorial and some others for extra doubts and guidance but I feel like something is wrong from my part, I'm not sure what exactly. As to why I can't rig this properly. Maybe I missed something or my folder, deformer and such are not organized properly or maybe is normal and there's something I can do here. I really hope I can get help as soon as possible. Any tips or advice are appreciated!

I’m not sure I see the issue? What are you trying to fix?
I feel lost as if I'm doing it right. I was following the tutorial, and maybe in my case is different? When I move things, I find it difficult to adjust the rest in order to rig them. Should I just make a deformer for each part? And move them individually? Is that how it's done? I'm follwing this: https://youtu.be/ipH_yYMwJgY?si=h_Bhg1LR2BwsXMbq
I'll pin a solution comment for any reoccurring problems in the tutorial!

So just based on watching the first couple minutes of that, I personally dont rig like that so if you want to continue to follow that, maybe someone else can come along and give advice.
Rigging process can and does vary from person to person. I will say the tut person says “trust the process” which to me is saying that it may look weird at the beginning but it will turn out fine when you finish. But anytime someone says “trust the process” it helps if you know the process and why its happening like that which probably isn’t helpful for beginners to be honest.
This might help: youre currently creating the parent deformers first and making large deformation and then making child deformers and working smaller. So the Head XY influences the deformers and meshes within it and the same with Face XY and so on. Whatever you do the parent (towards the top/outer left in the deformer hierarchy in the deformer panel) will influence and affect the children (toward the bottom/inner right).
Hmm, I see.. It does also feel confusing and overwhelming at some parts but.. I think I can see what you mean. Is there other tutorial that you think are more friendlier for beginners? Or should I just stick with direct Live2D's tutorials..?
When I was learning, I used a variety of tutorials along with messing with the program. People also learn differently so it’s hard for me to really recommend any as the best for beginners (plus the ones I watched are from a few years ago and the program has changed since then). I do recommend Brian’s unfinished basics playlist for the 9 or so videos in it because it covers some terminology and fundamental concepts I think are important. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLhha8OGApHGMkC4F41zN3fFaSBRu-YIrc&si=P-bv9UP20Bz7OKLX
Will check them out! Thank you so much!!
