so i've been trying to insert my psd model and it flashes the loading for a millisecond so i can't screenshot it in time, i hope someone can help cuz this has happened a long time ago but fixed it, i did all the solutions i could but none worked. anyone know what's happening?

is it RGB 8bit without more than 5 folder levels

you need to check in your drawing software if the PSD is
RGB color format
8bit channel
also doesn't have layer masks

and if there's more than five levels of folders (as in folder inside folder inside folder etc) that can also fail to import
