I’ve been struggling to renew my subscription since May of 2023. I took a break for a month and they changed their payment services. I keep receiving Error U90 no matter what I do. They accept discover card but it won’t work. At this point I have called and talked to 8 people at Discover, talked to Live 2D customer service three times and both companies tell me they can’t help me it’s an issue with the other company. I feel like I’m actually loosing my mind I can’t find anyone else with the same issue and neither Discover nor Live 2D can help me if there’s no transaction going through. Please help me, I spent so many hours learning live 2D and it’s beyond frustrating that I am still dealing with this issue with no solution in sight

There is no way to ask this without sounding like a scam…. What kind of credit cards do people use for their subscription?? I really do not want to apply for a new credit card especially since Live 2D’s website says they accept discover. I’m working on hopefully getting my PayPal account back and hopefully I can just use that instead but until then I have the one card

Sorry to hear that, I don't have Discover cards but Mastercard/Visa which I have no issue with Live2D Store. I think Paypal would work better in your situation if card replacement is not possible
