You will need more hair, or maybe you could deform the head to hide it, OR you can not move the head as much. Those are usually my options at least if this is an issue.

I do suggest more hair though. Side hair is usually used to cover this part. The side hair should fall about as long as you would want it and be drawn all the way up to the top of the head.
