None of the keyframes in my timeline are blank, but when I export a looping gif, there is a short moment of emptiness. Any leads?

Where are these blank frames? In the end or start? If you could record your timeline with the animation it could help.

ok, if you scroll more to the side you will see another bar, of another color in the blue bar line, try putting the bar when the blue bar ends

It should say "Duration" the bar
