In the chest part I have doubts about how it should be separated.
I have a version where the body is semi-naked, therefore I already have the bust separated but I have problems on how I should separate this part of the costume.
Can somebody help me?

You can do 3 parts, the rigger can just put the breast and the clothing in one deformer for the physics

the neck part and accessories can be separated so the angles can be controlled better
