Tentacles Separation

Hi! Does anyone here know how to cut up tentacles like these?
I'm still beginning to live2d art, so I'm still confused.
Any helps are really appreciated

i imagine something like this but maybe even a general shape mask for the blue part of the tentacle so the "texture" of the non sucker part of the tentacles can be larger and move around to simulate a 3D look
