if you want more control on the chest movement for example of the boobs for the physics, yes, you should have the pieces of the top body without boobs to be the main pieces behind the boobs moving

The lineart and shading you can merge, they'll most likely always move together
otherwise looks okay

usually you separate lineart and stuff only if you are gonna do something that requires them to be separated
