did you used default parameters or did you made yours? if you take a video that can help

did you assign values for the physics preview mouse tracking in the first place?

because you made the paramters instead of using default ones, you deleted the auto settings for mouse tracking, you need to reasing them [[also made your own parameters instead of using default ones also gives to the parameters not been recognized by tracking softwares, so you would had to re-program every parameter to be trackeable in the tracking software manualy, because is not gonna read them ]]

you should always work on default parameters to make sure they are trackeable and recognized by tracking softwares by default and avoid any problem for not found them

A recomendation would be to open a new file, and copy all the name, ID, Values of default parameters and edit yours to be those

on the picture chilling posted up there, there is the "settings of the cursos tracking" you will had to open that and select the parameter you want to be tracked by mouse in physics window only
