have you tried rigging the eye open parameter the other way?
just... mirroring the location of the parameters if that makes sense?

It looks like eyel open might be assigned to an output in physics?
The output is assigned to the eye physics not eyeopenl

i think its bc of another setting interfering
did you rig the jiggle onto the same deformer or
also perhaps try reversing the inputs/outputs lol i dunno
usually when this happens to me - stuff snapping back - its because the parameter is dependent on another parameter's input like augumented physics
I got it to work! Turns out I just had to delete the physics and re-add them ;;
