#how to rig twintails with accessories?

Hi I'm new to live2D and i want to ask about how i should rig the twintails with bows and strands of hair at the side. I separated the hair strands, the bow and the hair clump at the bottom into separate layers. I only know how to use skinning for the main part of the twintails but i don't know how to make the hair strands and bow follow along with it

after you created the skinning for the hair, put the accessories under the rotation deformer it created
