#Texture Atlas stays pixelated

Hi, this probably has been asked a million times but I tried looking for videos and in the manual and can't fix this issue.. I'm using this program for the first time and am done rigging a vtuber model I painted quickly as a test but need to do the texture atlas before I can export right. I have the scale on 100% like explained everywhere, with margins at 40 or 15 respectively and tried using both 4096 and 16384 as sizes for the atlas but some parts still get pixelated badly.
The sizes of the textures are 2069 x 3009px , etc. for example so big enough that it should fit no problem and for this fur part it's 1827 x 2892 px.
It's probably a trivial issue but I can't seem to fix it at all, how can I get it to be as high quality as it actually is in the atlas? I'm sorry if has been asked before

what you see in the texture atlas window is just for preview

when exported the atlas should not be pixelated

also please do not use 16K atlas size, 8K is the maximum acceptable amount if you are working for vtubers

Okay, noted! so it doesn't reflect the quality of the textures?

no, you can try exporting it

also you dont really need to have things on 100% scaling if you have issues with fitting objects in one atlas

even 70% scale would still look fine or even smaller if its background objects
