I completed the Prison break with random players - it took me 9 days. (Completed Fleeca with a friend beforehand in no time.) I've spent hours just for waiting for the in-game gathering system to get together 4 people for the setup missions and the finale. I've spent more than too much time in these setups with randoms who at first (and at second, at third etc.) had no clue what to do and with people who had no patience for those who had no clue or else - setup missions that failed due to someone's quitting. If you are familiar with these symptoms and want to complete these heists mainly for the trophies without this suffering, and the evening hours (20:00-23:00) in GMT+1 time zone are ideal for you, than join me.
No microphone needed; the minimal communication needed for these missions - if there's even any - can be exchanged in chat. Nevertheless I recommend watching walkthrough videos of these setups and finales before attemptingt them, because some of them can result in constant restarts if some team members have no clue what to do or how to do something (like for example the start of the Humane Raid - Deliver EMP setup where you have to go in unnoticed).
