for those you need AP, for GoGoBlista you need skill level 20. to get this you ideally need to win 210 matches in a row. if you are at say skill level 17 and you loose a match, you will drop to skill level 15, so you wil need to win some 30 odd matches without loosing to reach level 17 again
skill level only unlocks this car, discounts and other things are unlocked from arena level

So over the course of my employment you pre-prep 10 casino (SNS or Big Con Hard Mode Art or Gold only) heist for me, we do the heist and you gimme 85% 🥹 so before skill level 20 we would have completed 10 casino heists and you would get this very rare car legit 🥺
it would take approximately 4-5 days. i have lots of time to play so time is not an issue
