Cyber, secondary classes “augment” some abilities for sure. Your Arcane Shot example is spot on! As for weapons changing abilities: weapons won’t have their own abilities, but abilities may be more effective with different kinds of weapons. It won’t be like GW2

@real ruin actually they have stated 2 iron swords made by crafters, could each have a different skill associated with the item. So potentially you could build a fighter with a great sword, and depending on which great sword skill you have attached you could be built either more burst, more aoe , or more sustained damage.

@clear oar need to login with your username and not your email under the new system. This would be the same as your display name on the old forums. You should have received an email on Dec. 22 that contained your username. You'll also need to enter your username in all lowercase. @iron anchor u have to delete the saved folder in the local APOC folder, u are stuck on old keybinds doing so will revert everything to default, just delete the whole APOC folder

you can also use dodge roll to get a bit more distance, the lunge takes more stam. The blink shoes if you can get em will help you alot against melee bum rushers, icy shoes aint bad either

@mental belfry AoC the MMO is supposedly coming out at the end of 2019.
You can earn cosmetics and cash shop currency is Apocalypse. Both the currency and the cosmetics will translate to the MMO as well.
BR is easy to make and a good way to test backend tech as well as in game mechanics and bugs. After release i would wager that it will serve as a sort of PTR.

@haughty prawn When having issues i think Imtrepid recommended to delete everything asociated with Ashes. I think there was a folder in AppData somewhere. You are gonna have to look it up.
Uninstall, delete everything in that folder and then try again.
If it doesn't work, i can't help ya 😁
