It wouldn't cost you anything and you'd make more money and have happier players. Former players would return and players who paid for the content are upset that you took it away.

yes it would cost them, it would take a lot of time to port over the multi-episode adventures

since i don't think 2.0 was built with episodes with multiple chapters in mind

they could make each chapter a separate adventure, but they would probably have to add back each opponents and that would take too much
