raddick physically being in the position he was before he jumped for a brief moment is a known bug
that's also not really bug abuse since how would he know you'd jump too late

Raddick's position doesn't update until he lands as you can see with him getting hit by spells etc even whilst in the air. Bug or feature? It is just how it is.
Flyby getting copied by R3-KTs perk 3 isn't technically a bug but will be impossible in the next patch when it will only affect ground minions.

no he runs haunting hugger because haunting hugger is a strong card, not because he knows that the one person who plays raddick will jump too late

I just looked at the replay and it looks like the hugger locks on to the old Raddick location just before it updates when he has landed. Once it has locked on it will complete the hug unless killed or stunned in time. I would much prefer that Raddick's location during the jump was handled differently, either moving instantly to the destination or actually being tracked correctly during the jump.
I do need to remind you that it is against the rules to call anyone out for any reason. Plus starting with "bro constantly misplays" etc is just irrelevant to this post, completely unnecessary and toxic. I disagree that he is abusing a bug and from the replay it looks like you had plenty of time to have jumped away from it, especially if you are aware of this interaction.
