Legendary limit

You are mistaken that Legendary = Best, that is not how rarity works in Minions Masters. In this game the higher a card's rarity the more unique and technical it is.

From my meta analysis of the leader boards last season only 3 cards of the top 27 were Legendaries, with the majority (13) being common cards.

If someone has a 100% legendary cards in their deck I can guarantee that it isn't a top deck and they are also mistaken and just playing legendaries because they think they are the strongest.

yeah there's a reason if there aren't decks full of legendary cards in the leaderboards
