I was streaming so I will have the vod to show but mid match I was able to select cards but couldnt play any of them. I was able to click the button that said I wasnt inactive but the game didnt allow me to play any cards.

Looking at what happens it could be triggered by you playing Leileil but your cursor is actually over the emote button which causes some weird box to pop up on the left and then this part of the UI is preventing anything else from being played.
