At around 2 minutes I play arcane barrage and made sure that the Succubus was highlighted before firing the spell but it doesn't fire anything.

I have a feeling that there is a general issue with spells where cards that are right on the edge don't actually count as being in the spell.
Additionally a lot of spells have visuals, including the Arcane Barrage here, that are bigger than the spell area itself.
Here is some testing a did a while ago and you can see that the Rammer is highlighted by the Healing Fireball but doesn't recieve the heal:
