is he counting Outlander cards twice for some reason? or do razors count twice because there's 2 of them?

will the new card count multiple times? so many questions

in one PTR, he didn't count razors/siege breaker despite them having the piloted keyword

so my guess is that there's a check that goes through every piloted minion, then also has that kludge which manually adds in razors and siege breaker, double-counting them
