Discount shop bundles if content within it is owned.

At the current time it doesn't matter what you own within a shop bundle, you pay the same price as shown in the two screenshots. It would be nice if everything had a set ruby value and then as it is probed that you own it, that amount if subtracted from the overall bundle cost. I'd be enticed to purchase some of these if it didn't working as it is now.

if you already own items in the bundle, you get refunds - if you bought the Techsplosion pack, you'd get a bunch of shards for owning the cards and Apep
