I have screen recordings of the incident to better illustrate what happened. Please let me know the best way to get those to you guys; I don't mind email if that's a good option.
At match end of game 1, I tried to immediately report my teammate, but accidentally hit the replay button instead. I quit, out as soon as it started, back to the menu. I went to the replay tab to see the player's name to report him. Then hit Team Battle again to queue for game 2. At match start, instead of putting me in my game, it put me BACK into the replay of game 1. I quit to menu. I then hit team battle for game 3. Game 3 starts, and I get ejected after a few seconds with the message "one of the players failed to join the game in time. Sending you back to main menu." I hit okay, and it immediately puts me back into game 3. Everything was normal thereafter.
I'm assuming someone failing to join game 2 booted me into a replay, and then got booted from game 3 to get the message that never came from failing to join game 2. Very odd, super disorienting.
