Add minion/spell skins but make them client side only

As the title says, minion or spell skins could work fine as additional cosmetics, so long as they’re only visible to the player who chose to use them.

To your opponents or teammates, they’d look the same as usual.

I think it is best to use them as options, so when you chose the skin on a spell, it can be visible to other players if they have the option enabled just like arena

speaking of client side, you actually can change them without devs because they are in your files

but it wont be seen by other players

well it exists for brawlhalla so not sure what does MM files look like though
