  1. Yubel's effect to summon when destroyed is a "when" effect, so if the destruction isnt the last thing to occur in the previous chain, it will not be able to activate.

  2. Summoning Spirit of Yubel with Eternal Favorite will not allow you to activate Spirit of Yubel's effect if Eternal Favorite was done as CL1, because then summoning Spirit was the most recent thing to occur, so everything in a new chain is activating "when" Spirit was summoned. As such, Eternal Favorite, which prevents both players from activating effects "when" the monster is summoned will apply.
