Hey for some reason when i summon an igknight veteran because of the effect of ignis phoenix, the dragon slayer it should become a tuner. But when i try to summon symphonic warrior rockks (level 7) with my veteran (lvl 6) and my infernoble knight - renaud (lvl1) i cant summon it? Idk if this is just me being dumb or if its a bug

Also, did you summon Renaud by its own effect?
