Banishing Necroface from the field and then returning with this card's first effect does not trigger Necroface's effect on banish. There are no rulings in the OCG regarding this type of interaction, and I believe that Necroface's effect should be triggered as the banish and return do not happen simultaneously.

It'd need to stay banished in order to trigger
