The card "Shining Star Dragon" might be bugged unless I'm missing something obvious. I replicated a scenario where I summon the dragon synchro from grave but the card doesn't give me the ability to synchro summon. When I've attempted to replicate this, I used generic synchro engines like the assault mode or Ascator packages. Is there any reason why it shouldn't synchro despite not being under any locks, having the correct levels and correct requirements (1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters). Is there some strange ruling I' missing here or is this a bug?
